In my view auto air conditioning leaks are the most common cause of automotive systems AC not blowing cold air through dash vents.
What can happen, this is the vehicles East of freon leakage and reduce the total pressure in the system. Then the break will be low pressure on the switch unplug the compressor when the low side is detected below 25 PSI.
This security feature is to protect the compressor itself. I have seen professionals and mechanical went to work around the low cut switch for the test. This should never be done and is not recommended.
